If you drive 15 minutes from Tórshavn, you will arrive at Velbastað, offering the most beautiful view. In addition to enjoying the captivating nature, you can book an hour of outdoor Flow Yoga with Heibrith.
The mats will be rolled out, and you will work on strength, stretching, and balance. The exercises are combined with breathing, and immediately the moment feels like balm for the soul.
All this takes place on Heibrith’s terrace. You don’t need to bring anything other than yourself to the yoga session, and after the session, Heibrith offers you herbal water or tea along with conversation and birdsong.
